[viii], 218p, [xiv, index]. Head- and tail-pieces and decorated initials. Rebound in full leather, the covers with decorative borders in blind, the spine with red title label gilt and with gilt panel ornaments
Bitting p. 440; Cagle 1002; Maclean p. 1378; Oxford p. 55 for first edition of 1723.; Vicaire p. 495-5 for first edition. Mclean also mentions an edition Dublin, 1724. Cagle mentions an initial advertising leaf of books sold by Tho. Woton, wanting in this copy.
