" at spine foot). Full tan crushed morocco with marbled endpapers, a.e.g., the spine with gilt titles and ornate panel ornaments featuring a small bird in the center. "Pierre-Joseph Bernard is remembered today... because Voltaire gave him the name 'Gentil Bernard' in some verses urging him to finish L'Art d'Aimer...
