The text of the Rubaiyat is printed on the rectos with an image of the manuscript page and its transcription in Persian and translation in English, the facing versos with notes. Bound in full black morocco with marbled endpapers, t.e.g., the spine with gilt titles and with two decorative devices and a central chalice, the covers with single fillet and cornerpieces, the upper cover featuring a central vine with grapes.
