With the bookplate of W. H. Chase - perhaps William Henry Chase (1852-1933) known as "The Apple King" and a very successful businessman in the Annapolis Valley.
Maria Francesca Rossetti (1827–1876) was the sister of Dante Gabriel Rossetti, William Michael Rossetti and Christina Georgina Rossetti.
