Illustrated with ten brilliant wood engravings by Blair Hughes-Stanton (6) and Gertrude Hermes (4). Bound by Sangorski & Sutcliffe in black dyed vellum with titles in gilt on spines and upper covers, t.e.g. The spines have suffered some crackng to the vellum and fading to the gilt, likely from over exposure to heat and dry conditions. A few minor bumps and a scratch to rear of Vol. II. The contents are brilliant and fresh as new. Item #22885
