Printed for Mary Gertrude Abbey at the Arden Press by W, H, Smith & Son, London. Portrait frontispiece by J. S. Sargent and portrait frontispiece by W. Q. Orchardson. With hundreds of illustrations by photogravure, collotype, photographic reproductions from blocks, and a few printed from original blocks used by Harper's Magazine. Bound by Bennett in full tan crushed morocco, t.e.g., the spines gilt-titled with fancy panel ornaments, the covers with a series of four fillet borders with corner pieces, fancy dentelles, doublures of blue morocco and watered silk flyleaves. Fine in divided slipcase. Item #24134
