Each volume illustrated by a different author (the 2 volumes of Marble Faun by same artist). The frontispiece in each volume in signed in pencil by the artist of that volume. Bound in quarter brown crushed morocco with cloth sides and marbled endpapers, t.e.g., the spines with gilt titles and triple fillet panel frames with tiny cornerpieces. Tiny chip to one crown, some paper cracking to gutter at first signature of Vol. I, all else fine. Item #20962
